The Free plan costs $0 and covers 50 conversations a month. It includes website live chat, Smart QR codes, a shared inbox, 1 email inbox and 3 team members. You also get 5,000 Dolphin AI characters, once, to try AI replies, and no card is needed.

Pro gives you more room and more tools. You choose from 100 to 5,000 conversations a month and get more team members and email inboxes, the live visitors list, team roles, chat transfers, notes, canned responses and transcripts. Pro also includes Dolphin AI characters every month and removes the Powered by AskDolphin line from your chat widget. On Shopify, Dolphin AI or your team can add products to the cart, help at checkout and start returns in the chat.

A conversation counts when someone on your team joins it, by chat, QR code or email. It counts once, however many messages follow. Conversations that only Dolphin AI answers are not counted, and neither are spam or messages nobody answers.

Yes. You can turn off renewal in your billing settings or by contacting support, and your plan will not renew. Payments already made are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Dolphin AI costs $0.50 for every 1,000 characters it writes, about $0.18 for a typical chat reply. Your customers' messages and the knowledge Dolphin AI reads are free. Every Pro plan includes characters each month, from 5,000 to 150,000 depending on its size.

No. You set a monthly limit, starting at $5, and Dolphin AI never goes past it. When the limit is reached, it hands conversations to your team until next month or until you raise the limit.

An AI session is one visit that the Sales Assistant follows. A visit counts once someone stays 10 seconds or opens a second page, so quick bounces and bots are not counted. You choose how many sessions you want each month, and AskDolphin spreads them across the month.

No. The Sales Assistant is separate from Dolphin AI and counted on its own. An AI session covers its whole chat with that visitor, with no character counting, so you do not need a Dolphin AI budget for it.

Yes. You choose how many sessions you want each month, and your settings decide which visitors the Sales Assistant follows and when. Your sessions go to the visitors worth talking to, not to every visit.

You are billed through your Shopify bill, in US dollars. You approve every change in Shopify.

No. AskDolphin works on any website: you add it with one embed, or with the plugin on Framer. On a Shopify store it also syncs your products and lets customers track their orders in the chat.
