AskDolphin now has two plans: Free, with 50 conversations a month, and Pro from $19 a month for 100 conversations, priced by conversations rather than seats. Every Pro feature can be tried free for 14 days. Every size is on AskDolphin pricing.
Why it matters
A small team should not pay more because it adds one more person. Pricing by conversations lets the whole team work in AskDolphin, and you pay for the conversations a person on your team actually joins.
How to use it
- Free: $0 for 50 conversations a month, with website live chat, Smart QR codes, a shared inbox, 1 email inbox, 3 team members and 5,000 Dolphin AI characters once. No card is needed.
- Pro: from 100 to 5,000 conversations a month, $19 to $399 a month, and 20% less when you pay yearly ($15 a month for 100 conversations). Pro adds team members and email inboxes, the live visitors list, team roles, chat transfers, notes, canned responses, transcripts and Dolphin AI characters every month.
- Change your plan at any time: upgrades apply straight away, and you can move to a smaller size or back to Free.
Good to know
- A conversation counts when someone on your team joins it, by chat, QR code or email. Conversations that only Dolphin AI answers are not counted.
- The 14-day trial includes 50 conversations, 5,000 Dolphin AI characters and 20 AI sessions of Advanced Visitor & Sales. When it ends, you move to Free and keep your data.
- Prices are in US dollars.
