What's new

AskDolphin's Framer plugin adds the chat widget, Dolphin AI and lead capture to a Framer site without code. Framer sites, and the agencies that build them, get the same AskDolphin inbox as any other website. Framer sits beside the Shopify app and the one-line embed on AskDolphin's integrations.

Why it matters

Framer sites are often built by designers and agencies who would rather not paste code into every project. The plugin keeps that step inside Framer, so a site can have live chat and Dolphin AI on the day it launches, and the business answers its visitors in the same shared inbox as its email and QR conversations.

How to use it

  • In AskDolphin, open Settings, then Channels, then Live Chat widget, and choose Connect to Framer: "Automatically install the chat widget and connect your Framer site with AskDolphin." The Framer card in Integrations ("Install Framer") leads to the same place.
  • Open the AskDolphin plugin in your Framer project, paste your Identify Code, select Install Widget, then publish your project.
  • Design the widget in AskDolphin's Appearance settings, as on any other site.

  • The widget works the same on Framer as anywhere else: the same tabs, settings and Dolphin AI.
